Overall this is a great product but is a little high in price when comparing to it's competitors. It is the second A.R.E. lid I've owned and the first one with carpet, although I don't feel it's really necessary and could be a way to reduce cost. I was told it was a noise reducing feature but quieter for who? Nobody rides in the back and the equipment I haul doesn't really care. I chose a light this go around and wish it was a little brighter so you could really see at night. Although I would recommend the product I'm not sure I would purchase another primarily do to cost. It is also not easy to lift as there is no handle to lift it up. You have to push on the edge of the fiberglass.
