This is my 5th A.R.E. hard tonneau cover. It may be my last. Rivets that connect the lid to the hinge were not pushed in all the way when it was assembled. When opened, much of the weight is resting on that hinge. This is an important part of the assembly and it would have been easily detected at the factory. Instead, it became an issue for the selling dealer to repair. While I would look at A.R.E. again for a lid but careless assembly will have me looking at other brands next time.
