Part of cover locking system broke. The Cover is 17 months old. I have attempted to get pricing for the part and order part. Company has refused to assist. Dealer allegedly ordered part over a week and a half ago and still waiting. ARE seems unconcerned. I have purchased 6 Cap/Covers since 1997. With this issue over a small part, which is needed so My cover is functional, My next new truck may require consideration of another brand of cover! Loyalty should go both ways!!

Ordered the hard cover from Anchor Sales with the option that the rails had to still fit on the truck. It is a nice fit and the truck looks great with the cover and the rails remaining!
