I purchased my first A.R.E. cover back in 1997 from a dealership that is over 75 miles away from my home. I bought my second A.R.E. cover in 2011 from the same dealership because my experience with your product and the dealership was nothing short of exceptional! I live south of Baltimore, and I made the drive to Hanover Pa, because the service and product provided by Wildasin Enterprises was outstanding. I still have my 1997 F150 and the A.R.E. cover as well. It has been through 200,000 miles of use and has only suffered one failure of the swivel joint that is part of the opening assist. That part broke seven years after my purchase. When I contacted Wildasin to buy a replacement part, they sent it to me at no charge. Now I know the part wasn't expensive, but they weren't under any obligation to send me one for free. The performance of your product and their customer service over a trivial part sealed the deal for me. I happily made the drive to have my new A.R.E. cover installed.
